What are the food safety and quality tests you perform ?

We test a slew of parameters to ensure you get the best from probiotic bacteria and at the same time ensure food safety so you get nothing that is harmful. Below are the items we test for

Coliform count
E.Coli Count
Salmonella Count
Staphylococcus aureus count
Yeast Count
Mold presence
pH Analysis
Moisture Analysis
Shelf Life testing

These tests are performed in addition to FSSAI recommended test like water quality testing. We also perform comprehensive tests on nutrient analysis.
All the tests are performed by INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY FSSAI APPROVED LABS

What is your Recall Plan in case of a food safety issue?

In the event that if any of our products, that presents a threat to the public health or food that violate the Act and Rules and Regulations made there under. SUPRFOODS will protect public health by facilitating the efficient, rapid identification and removal of unsafe food from the distribution chain and, by informing consumers of the presence in the market of such food.

There is a documented recall procedure in place and this will be periodically tested to ensure that it is comprehensive and fit for purpose in its ability to remove any unsafe food from consumers and/or the distribution chain.
